A nice book, pretty ideas for cake pops
The book is a very quick book to read...It has the basic notions and it's really easy to use. There are a few sections dividing the cake pops by ocasion, techniques... presentation ideas. Maybe it's more orientated to begginers home bakers and not professional bakers who already has knowledge in the area of cake pops.it's a cute book, with cute ideas... such as: Little devils cake pops, mini tiered cakes, little bears. Chicks coming out of eggs (for easter ideas) Bunnies, and cute reindeers for xmas.. and many other..I recommend it if you do not have any other cakepop book, such as: Bakerella's cake pops.. or if you are new to the fabolous cake pop world :)The only thing that i would add to this book in my personal opinion are more photos of "the making of" some cake pops shapes... and other techniques, that are not shown.. and might be tricky for begginersHope this helps!!!

Cute ideas!
I pre-ordered and finally!, after anxiously awaiting just recently received this little book in the mail last week. She has some really nice recipes I will try out, as well as cute ideas, but I don't care for fondant either, as a previous reviewer stated. I am going to try modeling chocolate (candy clay) in place of the fondant techniques mentioned, hopefully it will work out! I do like all the details and pictures, and the price I paid is definately worth it to me. Another "sweet" little cake pops book to add to my collection!

Bake Me I'm Yours... Cake Pops
This was indeed necessary to get to add to my collection of cake pop Cookbooks, I've been making these since almost the start of this cute little cakes on a stick got popular. This is a great book, with lots of cute and clever designs for cake pops, especially how to make animal shapes, and really cute ones like the presents, or the slice of cake. It also contains valuable information on techniques of making the cake pops.

Pretty good, but dont care for fondant/sugar paste designs
The book is pretty good on gettting creative ideas and cute characters. Bakerella's book is better, but still a good addition to the collection.Pros- Creative ideas- Pretty good characters- Price $10Cons:- Some charcaters use fondant/sugar paste which is YUK in my mouth- Characters dont look as polished/cute as Bakerella's book

Bake Me I'm Yours...Cake Pops
Very interesting to all levels of bakers. Good pictures and suggestions and details. Some ideas not previously thought of for cake pops. Makes a good present for all bakers, weather home bakers or professionals. Would recommend as a "keeper".

An ideal starting place
I've never made cake pops but am hoping to start experimenting with them soon. I was looking for a book which would provide useful tips as well as have inspiration for novelty designs. This book is perfect. The book is absolutely strewn with photographs which is a very helpful addition. It provides useful recipes for the actual cakes as well as various types of icing (royal, butter cream, cream cheese etc.) It provides information about the various 'dippings' such as how to temper chocolate (white and dark) and how to colour chocolate. It has a whole section on technique which shows you how to make the cake pops, how to shape them, how to dip them and explains the different reasons for blooms, what they look like and how to avoid them. That quickly sums up the first third of the book (approximately 40 pages). The next 80 pages provides tutorials on decorating the cake pops. This rather large portion of the book is divided into sections.'Let's Celebrate' which includes; glitter balls, heart and star shaped pops, cupcake and cake slice pops, cake pops that look like truffles, pops that look like wrapped sweets / chocolates, ice cream and ice lolly pops and wrapped presents.'Romantic Moments' which includes; decorated love hearts, pops with flower designs, little devils, engagement / ring box pops, bride and groom pops, wedding cake and flower pops.'New Baby' which includes, pastel feet designs, teddies, bows, flowers and polka dot designs and dummy pops.'Seasonal Style' which includes; Easter chicks and rabbits, ghosts and pumpkin pops, bats and eyeballs, Christmas trees and Santa hats, reindeer pops, snowflakes and robin pops. And finally, 'Animal Friends' which includes; pigs, cows, chickens and sheep, hedgehogs, mushrooms, snails and owls,Overall, a fantastic starting book considering the recipe ideas, technique tips and other helpful hints. As you can see, there are a fair amount of cake pop ideas to get you started. I honestly cannot recommend this book enough, I imagine I will be referring to it again and again. It is certainly what I was looking for, and more!

Amazing book! It has some cake recipes if you ...
Amazing book! It has some cake recipes if you don't have your own and then it shows you step by step how to make all those amazing cake pops. It's very handy and it even has instructions on how to substitute an ingredient if you lack or can't find the original. Highly recommend it.

Too much of a fiddle
I got this book, hoping to make dozens of cake pops for the grandchildren at Christmas, but to be honest, I thought the recipes were easier said than done, as the icings and decorations were much harder to handle than the book made out. Am going back to making mini muffins as usual!
