horrible the quality of the ink, totally disappointed with the results obtained

Everything is fine except that every single ine if the waffer paper is broken. I cannot use them for anything at all, thats hiw bad they are torn. And the quality if the waffer paper was not what I expected.

The printer stops working after a couple of times

The color is not good every thing printed red

I really like the printer.. Easy to use.. Just didn't like the waffer sheets that came with the bundle. They was all broke in the corners..

Now I can make any type of cake that I want from pictures. I mainly bought it to make 2 cakes over last weekend and they loved the cakes with their favoroite video game character.

I bought this product because it was a bundle deal. I was thinking that everything that I needed was in this package. Wrong.. sugar sheets are NOT included for the edible images.. Wafer paper is horrible for images. This was no ones fault but mine. I didn’t know the difference between the two. Luckily a fellow baker had extra and I was able to get some from her to print what I needed because I didn’t have time to order any. Other than that I love the printer. It was easy to set up. I love that it’s wireless. I hooked it up to my laptop and downloaded the app so I can print from my smartphone (iPhone) the color quality was good. I’m pleased and glad that I made my purchase!
