i injured my knee getting into the bath relatively ok but getting out that was a big problem, as I could not bear weight on one leg. I needed help getting out and then it was a struggle.I ordered this bath seat. Easy to install the legs. I put double extension in.The time came for the bath test. Oh gosh it was bliss . It was so lovely. Now the challenge was getting out. I still could not weight bear without bear. As the stool was set at a higher height it was easier for me to use my good leg to lift my body. I still needed some gentle support nothing like the stress before. As my leg gets better I will eventually be able to get out of the bath myself. So this stool has been a game changer for me.Thank youI have used this for a month as my knee injury is slowly getting better. It is a game changer for me. The extra height provided with the 4 extra stool leg inserts is beneficial.I have found the stool tough and sturdy and I feel very supported. It does not slip or slide in the bath.Now that my knee has improved today, I have taken the extra leg height supports out and reduced the stool height to the original height.My knees will work a little harder for the lift but I think it is a good move plus the bonus for me is that my body will be more in the water.Overall this bath stool is amazing.

Bought this for an elderly neighbour and its brilliant. The seat sticks really firmly to the bath bottom and has two adjustments for height. It's also really easy to release from its position for cleaning the bath etc. I would definitely recommend this seat.

I've been suffering from leg and hip pain and stiffness for the past few months and could no longer get out of the bath without my husband pulling me up manually. This wasn't good for him or for me so I looked into alternatives. (We have a separate shower which I use daily but it's not as relaxing as a bath.) I put this seat in the bath without adding the leg extensions and, with effort, was able to drop down onto the seat. At this stage only my legs were in the bath so I pushed the seat away, dropped onto the floor of the bath and put the seat on the rim of the bath. When I was ready to get out I retrieved the seat, pulled myself onto it and exited safely albeit gracelessly. This isn't the perfect solution for me as, without the leg extensions, I have quite a painful drop onto the seat. If I added the legs I could get onto the seat more easily but would then have a longer drop into the bath and a bigger height to conquer on the way out. (I'm suffering from pelvic pain which is being felt in my knees so I cannot kneel for even a second on the bath floor, my usual position before I leave the bath.) In summary, I am happy that I bought this seat as it makes having a bath possible but the drop does cause me pain which lasts for two or three days. I've had an ultrasound and have been promised an MRI so hopefully will know soon if this is a temporary health issue or if I need to save up for one of those walk in baths.

Really easy to pop in the bath, holds fast and is stable. But easy to remove if you share the bath.Great to give you that extra height so you can get up and out of the bath. Well designed so you can wash yourself.

Good idea

I am disabled; I have MS. Bath times are quite complicated for me. With the aid of my partner, I am placed in the bath via a ceiling hoist. The low bath seat has been a real help, raising me up enough to be able to wash myself whilst feeling stable. Before using this seat, I would feel unstable and in need of assistance as there was nothing to anchor me. This has given me some independence.

I have previously used another brand of bathseat and find this one is infinitely preferable. The other brand appeared to be more sturdy but the seat took in water which was impossible to remove. The suckers also broke very quickly and new ones were not available. You had to buy a whole new seat at twice the price of this one. It also developed a crack in the seat.I use a bath seat by placing it in the bath, sitting on it, then manouvering down into the water, lifting the seat up behind me and reversing this action when I want to get out of the bath. I am a mature lady and weigh about 13.5 stone, and am a bit arthritic.This seat is single skin and therefore there is nowhere for water to get in, and it looks and feels less sturdy, but I have had no problems with it so far. It gives slightly when you sit on it but that makes it slightly less hard. The suckers are flat and look like they won't suck, but in fact they do. The seat is a peculiar shape I must say, but it is really good and also very light, so manouvering the seat is very easy.My only complaint is that although you can buy new feet, you can't buy new suckers. Replacement feet come without suckers. So far, however, I have not had to buy any.I do clean the seat in the dishwasher - low setting - and it cleans well that way.The seat is also latex-free which is good.

This seat was a great help ,can now ,with the help of my daughter can sit down in the bath with comfort ,sturdy ,very useful,suction is so safe
