This toilet cleaner is pretty good, not perfect, but still viably sufficient enough... It's reasonably thick, whilst still retaining enough 'fluidity' to be able to cover a large surface area without having to dispense more than necessary. It smells somewhat pleasant and has undertones of 'Pine' - the fragrance is not overwhelming which is nice (it makes it much more 'user-friendly'). I am a bit disappointed with the entire design/feature which they boast is easier to reach the inner-rim ("better reach under the rim")... if you actually look at the way the bottle is designed and then imagine it is completely 'filled-in' where the 'S'-bend is... you will notice that it is EXACTLY the same shape as any other similar toilet-cleaning product and has the SAME capabilities/reach - more apparent when used... A standard bottle-shape can still easily reach the inside of the rim, so no real improvement (I understand & fully-acknowledge the concept, it just isn't as revolutionary as they'd want you to believe; it is a very good marketing strategy though). Although this provides no real advantage over 'normal'/standard bottles, as far the contents of the bottle go... it IS still an effective + efficient cleaner and I appreciate it's efficacy. The gel is relatively easy & simple to dispense + the bottle is very sturdy (practically solid, but allows squeezing). I am happy with my purchase and there is plenty in the bottle - I can honestly admit that this will last quite a bit longer than I would if I only had bleach (even if I had the 2-litre bottles of bleach), as I go through a ridiculous amount within such a short period of time - sometimes within 1-4 uses! So this is better in my opinion... I don't have to use too much, as it actually spreads across the surface/s, rather than immediately 'glooping' down into the U-Bend, without being efficient and not even spreading (like bleach does!).

I’ve been using this Duck Deep Action Gel for a little while now, and it does a great job keeping the toilet clean and fresh. I purchased this under the firm belief that I was finally about to properly clean my gel toilet—a bold, modern fixture fashioned entirely from gel (don’t ask). The product name, deep action gel toilet cleaner, strongly suggested compatibility. Sadly, what arrived was also… gel. And very much intended for a standard porcelain toilet. What followed was less “deep action” and more mutual confusion. Applying gel to gel yields very little in the way of progress, and certainly no sense of accomplishment. I can’t help but feel that a single, well-placed comma—deep action gel, toilet cleaner—might have spared me this entire misunderstanding. Works perfectly on normal toilets, I’m sure. For gel-based sanitation solutions… less so
