Dr. Boz Keto BHB Powder, Raspberry Lemonade Exogenous Ketones, 20 Count

While this BHB powder is expensive, for me it works very well. It does give me energy and causes my ketones to go up. I think the taste is very good.

This stuff works. Also, the more keto adapted you are, the less you need so the can lasts longer. Husband and I both used it and raised our ketone levels. I use it periodically when I need a boost, and then I feel better after only a couple swallows. It's spendy but a can lasts us a few months. I love the taste, Husband thinks taste is ok. My kids love it.

Love this supplement for how clear I feel (mind and body), and how fast it stimulates my own body to make ketones. (Especially after a carb-y slip up.) I enjoy the taste. I’m grateful that Dr. Boz explained that an earlier shipment got hard quickly due to incorrect shipping. This jar has had no problems. I aim to eat under 20 total grams of carbohydrates, and take this daily for a week, when I need to give my ketone production an extra boost. I’m confident that I’m helping to nourish my brain and protect it for the future!

Great product to help with your Keto journey. Acts as a catalyst to help get ketones flowing and I find it helps with me with hunger until ketones kick in to fuel your body and curb the appetite. Tastes great also!

for ketone production this works. flavor is good too. My only issue is the powder is NOT powder but one big clump. This is my second purchase of this product and the first was the same (thought it was a one-off so when prime deal hit I thought buy another and see if it’s ok). Well it has the silicone packet in it that’s supposed to reduce moisture but the powder is a big clump and when I use a spoon, fork, knife (whatever) to break it apart (the little measuring scoop doesn’t do the job) the powder blows out of the jar and I lose not much, but this stuff is expensive and I can’t afford losing 1/8 teaspoon each time I try to make the mixture in water.

I will purchase this product again. Transition slowly to this MCT product or any other MCT product, read the ingredients and the amount of MCT in the product to figure out how much MCT to start with. Be careful of MCT products that are high in Potassium, this product does not have potassium listed. All brands of MCT give me the same stomach issues if I take too much since the MCT can irritate my stomach. I've noticed some of the other MCT brands have many ingredients added that give me stomach issues. I know everyone is different and for some MCT may cause stomach issues when you first start, for others does not bother the stomach. For me when I first started with this MCT product my stomach was slightly upset but not enough to complain about so starting slowly did help. This product has a slight reduction in my hunger cravings and a noticeable increase in my energy. I sip the product throughout the day added to my coffee. I am finally at the recommended serving and no longer have stomach problems. As many have noted the powder gets clumpy sometimes hard as a rock since the product does not contain the typical fillers to keep the powder flowing freely. I don't mind, I take a ice pick to break it up keep the lid on tight. For me the product is too sweet but my other coffee additives tone it down. I wish there was a variety of this product without the flavorings and without the stevia letting me add the flavors and sweetener to my choice.

I really like the taste and I think this is great quality for the price, but it crusted up sooner than I would have liked. I have to break the powder up when I want to use it, so I docked one star (but if I could dock just a half star then I would). It's not a deal breaker. It just means there isn't an anti-caking agent. Pros and cons to that. While it's a small inconvenience, I suppose it means there is less filler ingredients, so you could say there's more for your money. It's not just a dietary or hydration supplement. I have found it keeps you energized for a late night study session, so I'd say it's pretty effective.

Great stuff! It gives such a wonderful boost without getting overstimulated as with caffeine. And wow, it turns out ketones are so important. Dr. Boz and her approach have solved on-going problems for me, not the least of which is a long-standing inability to loose weight. But once I learned more from her, I realized my problems were much deeper and possibly life threatening. The GOOD NEWS is that they can be reversed by diet and following what the wonderful Dr. Boz is teaching! She is a gift from Heaven for sure, and Angel among us. Thank you, Dr. Boz!
