2 Pack e.l.f. Cosmetics Studio Lip Lock Pencil 82611 Clear

I'm 53 and have been searching for a couple years now for a clear lip liner that I can use with all my lipsticks. I needed a product to prevent feathering, not be sticky - something that would not change the consistency of my lipstick either! This ELF liner is WONDERFUL. It meets ALL my needs! I bought the 2-pack and keep one in my make up drawer in my bathroom and one in my makeup bag in my purse. I also use it slightly around the outside of my lip line- it seems to "fill in" a couple tiny wrinkles I have that hit my lip line and how great is that?! I would and will - buy this again and again!! Winner!

This stuff is great! My lipstick always bled or gave me a ring around the outside of my lips. I don’t like colored lip line because of your lipstick fades off, you just have the lipliner ring and I don’t like that look. I actually line this product around the outside of my lips and it prevents the lipstick bleed/ring. I will definitely repurchase.

These clear lip pens keep lipstick from running. I have been using them for years now!

I really like this product because I have deep wrinkles above my upper lip and it helps to eliminate feathering.I have purchased other brands of the same type of product, but found they were more expensive than the ELF brand, and ELF was less expensive.I am happy with the purchase, the product, and the price.

I ordered this because I was having a problem with lipstick "bleeding" . Tried other pencils but they had too thin of a point so they didn't contain the lipstick. This Elf lip liner worked right away. I usually go around the outside of my lips twice. No bleeding. I hope this review will help anyone who reads it. I will order this again when I'm close to running out.

Since everything I put on my lips feathers, these products are very useful in stopping that. They work as advertised.
