This is exactly what we wanted when our son and family emigrated to Australia. As well as being engraved beautifully the clock is set to Australia time as we were always phoning in the middle of their night. Quite a professional set up for such a low price and the engraving part is so simple as the clock actually changes and reflects your message in real time

The mechanism of the clock was loose and I had to fix it myself. Also the second sweep hand was bent so caught on the minute and hour hands and no battery. Works now that I have fixed it.

Very nice clock delivered quickly and Seller also emailed me for me to confirm that wording was correct . I noticed that on Line 2 that I had left out 3 capital letters so I emailed back through Amazon within 10 minutes to tell the Seller what to correct . Amazon replied to ask me to allow at least 48 hours for the Seller to reply .I waited 3 days and no reply . I was just about to contact Amazon again when the clock arrived very well packaged and printed BUT still with the original errors that I notified the Seller about !Obviously no notice was taken about the errors and how to correct them - such a shame as their work is so good .As they say the ship was spoilt for a Hapath of tar !
