EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!Once this arrived by UPS clearly there was a problem, it was in a quick made 2 piece box that once I opened it was obvious why the winch was inside an over sized box. The winch box had major water damage and parts were loose into the second box. Upon opening everything up there were parts missing which must be by why the second quick made box. Contacted Rough Country and after a few emails with necessary info they sent the missing parts, Very fast! A replacement was offered but I didn't see a reason to replace the whole package for a few missing parts since only the box was damaged and the winch worked fine, these are made to deal with a little water.

Myself and my family do a lot of offloading. This winch has saved us multiple times not to mention pulling many others out of the mud I wouldn’t own a jeep without a Rough Country winch. I am very satisfied with my purchase along with the Rough Country wench bumper I purchased shipping was fast through Amazon no damage and everything was as I expected it.
