These books literally changed my ENTIRE LIFE. So much so that whenever I hear of someone needing some life changing advice, I gift them these two amazing bits of the self-help universe.The author speaks to you from the perspective of an experienced best friend that is giving you wisdom from an impeccable down-to-earth point of view. It’s as if you’re sitting with her, drinking a bottle of wine, experiencing guidance that you immediately know is going to move your life in ways that you have yet experienced.You’ll find yourself unlocking advice given to you in the past by the people you love, but were too blocked up by bs to understand.It’s unlike any self-help book I’ve ever read, in THE BEST WAY HUMANLY POSSIBLE. It feels oddly understated to even call it a “self help book.” It’s more like a kiss from the universe itself.LITERARY EXCELLENCE, with a giant dash of HILARIOUS RELATABILITY.Get this book, or remain stuck on your hamster wheel of whoa-is-me mania.

I enjoyed both books immensely. Jen Sincero provides her blunt but very true coaching advice and hilarious stories.I would also advise that this book is woo-woo in many areas. If you find this offensive then I don’t recommend that you read these books.However, if you can have an open mind and replace universe with God or whatever it is you choose to believe in then these books are 10 out of 10.I love love love her exercises and that I use in my daily journal writing’s.

I love these books! If you want to read something that doesn’t put you to sleep, this is it. She makes you laugh feel empowered & you can tell it’s all heart! It’s even better to hear her read it, I own the books because I wanted to be able to highlight & make notes, so much info. I bought the books after listening to her read it. What a joy & helpful!
