Is there any that you make that are gluten free????

Unfortunately these are the only ones we sell.

can the ice cream sandwiches be cut in half or will they crumble? And if so, are they big enough to cut in fourths?

They are the size of a regular ice cream sandwich. They will crumble a little bit like any solid cookie, But they will not crumble all to pieces. Just be gentle with it as you cut.

I understand the product expires 3 years after production, but is there a production date printed somewhere?

These do not show production date unfortunately however when checking the batches these are showing november 2023, hope this helps.

Not cold! Dry and light- like styrofoam, but sweet and edible.
