can I use 19mm wide tape in here? surley this is not 87mm wide either!

Does this dispencer adapt to take the tape that has the small hole?

I am not 190% sure but the black bit is in 2 bits (the larger circle for standard tape and then a small push in bit with the prongs to hold in place) it may be possible to put a small one on the prongs but it would depend on dimensions
