Great multi without iron and copper
Been using this multi over a year and I like it a lot. Everything I want is in there, and, nothing I don't. Serving size is 3 tablets daily, so I break it up over the course of the day to keep a steady dose in my system. Quality is pharmaceutical grade which I also like. No upset if I take on an empty stomach. It's all good!

Excellent multi-vitamin
My daughter in law took it upon herself to talk to a health care practioner to find out what type of multiminerial/vitamin supplement my husband and I should be taking. We both are in excellent health and we try to eat well. This particular product was the top choice and we have used it for several years now. Our doctor has told us that whatever we are doing to keep it up. When the health-food store we purchased it from no longer carried this product, we were quite pleased to discover it on Amazon. The service of the seller is very good and the product arrived in the time-frame allowed. It was packaged well and we are pleased.

BEWARE OF TOO MUCH VITAMIN B-6!
I used this happily for years until I learned that it has way too much Vitamin B-6 in it. I was recently diagnosed with Vitamin B-6 Toxicity, which caused tingling and weakness in my hands and arms. BEWARE VITAMIN B-6! This product has 588% of the "daily value" according to the label. Many other multi vitamins also have too much B-6. If you have similar symptoms, there is very simple blood test for Vitamin B-6 Toxicity. Many doctors don't know about this, but a neurologist will tell you it's a very serious condition and can do permanent damage to the nervous system.

Good Brand - But need to take 3 Tabs a day!
I don't like having to take 3 tablets to get the amount of vitamins listed on the label. But, I am not a big pill taker, some people may not mind.
