Hiccup and Toothless lead the dragon riders and soar beyond the borders of Berk when they discover the mysterious Dragon Eye. They are faced with a new band of ruthless Dragon Hunters, an unexpected friend returns, Astrid and Tuff defend their turf, and Hiccup must outsmart the hunters in these action-packed Seasons 1 and 2! Review: Great series - Lots of fun great series Review: Great Addition to the Movies - Okay, gotta be honest here. My friend and I agreed we're more likely to rewatch the TV show than the movies. That's just how good this show is. I also went and bought the entire series after seeing only three episodes on Netflix and I do not regret it. The animation quality is--obviously--a downgrade from the movies, and yet some of it is still somehow better. Astrid usually looks really good, for example, and I think it's because her hair has motion to it, which people were only just learning to do with CGI. So here's what I like about the show: 1. You get to meet a lot of new dragons and see a lot more of the original ones. 2. Hiccup and Astrid have one of my favorite relationships in cinema ever, but you don't really get to see it develop in the movies. This show lets you see it develop, and unlike most shows there's not a lot of "will they won't they" because everyone already knew they would AND be healthy about it. 3. You get a more rounded variety of character development from the whole cast. Admittedly, I cared about Snotlout focused episodes less than any of the others, but the twins are hilarious and of course I liked more of Hiccup and/or Astrid.

Great Series for Fans of the Franchise
I've binged watched this show mutiple times on Netflix. I know I'll enjoy having this in my DVD collection when Netflix no loinger has it avaiable to stream. Overall, if you enjoyed the Cartoon Network Riders of Berk and Defenders of Berk, than you will definitely enjoy this. The animation is better and still pretty decent considering the tv show v. movie budget. The stories are very fun and interesting to follow. Good mix of fillers and conflict that will keep you wanting more. The character interactions are also deeper and more interesting since the movies don't go into development for all the secondary character outside of Toothless and Hiccup. Thus this series does a great job filling in those gaps. Any fans of Tuffnut and Ruffnut will also enjoy their quirky quips They are both hilarious in this. As a whole good mix of everything that adds to the How to train your Dragon Universe. I recommend this for any die hard fans of the franchise.

Recommend!! A Great compliment to the How To Train Your Dragon movies
This series is what takes place between the first and second "How to Train Your Dragon" movies. I have watched it numerous times and find it very well done. The numerous characters are a great addition that add many adventures. The twins are hilarious with all sorts of one liners that will keep you entertained. There are actually 2 other series (Riders of Berk and Defenders of Berk) that take place before this one. I highly recommend all of it.

dragones temporada 1 y 2
