I was thrilled with these clips. Such a nice assortment for the price. I will keep half and give the other half to my daughters. Cute but classic styles, and most were appropriate for older women. Only 2 negatives: 1. I prefer silver, and the majority of the barettes are gold; 2. Why so many scissors and comb styles? If someone is not a hairdresser, they wouldn't want to wear those.

Some of the clips are a little tricky to unclip, but I get so many compliments on how cute they are! My hair is very fine (although I have a lot of it!) And it can slip through sometimes. It also won't hold a lot of hair, but I like how there are different types of clips and clasps, overall, I love it!

So cute and what a deal! But even though I have pretty thick hair, most of these are so heavy and quite large that I think they won't stay in my hair without adding some bobby pins, which is why i'm giving them 4 stars and not 5. But they are very cute and so inexpensive that I'm keeping them.

I’m really happy with these! I didn’t expect much for the price, but I just got them and not only are they cute but the first one I used stayed on my hair all day long! My hair used to be curly but years of chemical processing to make it blue took A LOT of my curls away so now it’s straight/kind of wavy. I’m not sure how these would work on people with really straight hair though.

You get what's pictured. I wasn't sure if the assortment was random or not. I can't speak to durability or sturdiness bc I haven't had them long so I gave 4 stars being optimistic and just by sight it looks ok. My only thumbs down is due to this being clips and barrettes. I wasn't sure of the assortment here either and backs weren't pictured so I took a gamble. I wanted barrettes. Heavy bobbypins wont stay in my hair. My daughter will get those - which are abt half of the pack. I also wish there was an all gold option. Individual wrapping is nice, but a waste of single use plastic and something I'm trying to quit using. The carry bag is nice and would be enough.

I definitely didn't purchase this expecting great quality since I was more interested in the low price for the quantity. But WOW am I excited about these. They arrived quick and in a little felt drawstring bag. They are all great quality and I am so happy I decided to get these. Most of my local stores would sell these hair pins in sets of 2-4 for the price of this entire set. I actually bragged about this find to my coworkers because I love them so much. Buy them!

Really love the variety, great money value. Very pretty everything came in a nice black bag. They seem pretty sturdy but try not to use too much of hair in one clip. I have curly thick Indian type hair and they do a good job staying on but I do have to reduce the amount of hair in each clip. Can't complain at all for the money value!

These are super cute! I made a poor life choice and got swoopy bangs, so I'm constantly using barrettes to keep hair out of my eyes. This pack has cute, statement barrettes that look more polished than the standard alligator clips. However, I have fine hair that tends to be oily - so these barrettes don't stay in place well. If your hair is more textured than mine, you won't have any problems. I simply spray the barrettes with a texturizing spray (it's the Bed Head beach one), and they stick MUCH better.
