Brilliant product for getting your cat to take pills
This pill giver for cats is excellent. I have had it before from the vets but they had none on this occasion so ordered it from this seller on Amazon. I needed it quickly after vet visit and true to their word it was with me the following day.It is so easy to give pills this way rather than stressing the cat out by shoving tablet down their throat or with those plastic pill poppers that use syringe with water to get it down and risk injuring their throat. It obviously tastes great and our cat loves it. You only need to break bits off and squeeze it around the pill. It saves you losing a finger or two or getting scratched lol. I highly recommend it.

A complete game changer!
Oh my goodness! I've always struggled to give our cats pills when they need them. It so often ends up in a wrestling match, which I hate. On a recent visit to the vet, however, she recommended trying EasyPill. When it arrived, I opened it up, and nipped off a couple of small pieces which I offered to our cat in the same way I'd offer her a treat. She sniffed at them, then munched them happily and looked up at me asking for more. Excellent start, but as another commenter said, I was worried she might extricate the pill from the putty and spit it out while swallowing the putty - that's what she does when I try wrapping a pill in a bit of chicken or ham. But I went ahead and pulled off a bigger piece of the putty, moulded it around the pill, and offered it to her on my hand. She took it, chewed a couple of times, and then swallowed it, pill and all, and looked up at me for more! This is a complete game changer for me! We have to give her a pill twice a day for the next two to three weeks, which would previously have been a bit of a nightmare, but now I feel much more relaxed about it, which is a great feeling.I absolutely recommend this to anyone else who struggles to give pills to their cat(s) - it really does work!Edit: One week on, and not only is our cat still happily taking her pills thanks to EasyPill, she seems to be looking forward to her "special treat" morning and evening. It's just wonderful compared to how difficult and stressful it's been in the past. Thank you EasyPill!

This product is really helpfull and has taken out much of the stress out of giving medication
This product is really helpfull and has taken out much of the stress out of giving medication. The cat absolutely loves the taste of it and reacts like it’s a treat, although towards the end of the medication course we struggled a little , but overall well worth the investment and giving it a try.

Small but mighty big life saver!
Firstly, my only "con" is that you don't get a lot for the price, I may get back to this to update but I estimate this 4x 10g is going to last me approx 4-6 weeks to give my cat her meds twice a day which is going to add up over time.Having that said...I am more than happy to pay the price for the ease with which she's now taking her tablets! It was stressful and time consuming, I tried to hide within food but she got wise to that very fast, leading to me having about 3 or 4 different flavours of cat food/treats open at any given time in the hopes to distract using flavours.Always having to sit and watch her eat to make sure it had been taken or not (time consuming especially on busy mornings).Resorted to using a pill popper on occasion which was stressful and unenjoyable for her and me.She is now happy to take her meds just wrapped in this like they're a treat. It's a small bit of extra faff to wrap each tablet but still far quicker than having to supervise her meals and then manually give it to her if she'd "eaten around" it.It's easy to use, just tear off then mush a pea-ish size portion to soften it and then wrap around tablet.I have bought the single packet (1x 10g) in the past for my other cat for a short term need and from that experience I am glad it is in small packets, any larger than 10g and I think it would likely lose its texture before you've finished it (it goes oily and overly soft although still usable but I'm not sure of shelf life once open?).My little lady cat is now on long term medication however so I don't forsee it not getting used up in time. I use a peg to fold it closed.I'm very very glad this product exists, and I pray my cat continues to like the flavour, I do wish that you got another packet or two more for the price though as its not cheap considering what it is.Definitely worth a go if you're struggling with giving cat meds. I have not had a cat refuse it yet, admittedly I have only had to give 3 cats medication, and only one of those on a multiple times a day schedule. I think that's still a decent acceptance rate though!

Need to review consistency of texture
My cat has to have a lot of tablets and so pill pockets such as these are essentialThe downside to this product is it's expensive for just 4 packets and I would be OK with that if the product was consistent in its quality. I'm buying a pack a week and each one is a different texture. Some are soft and easy to work with, others are hard. It's quite frustrating as when they are soft they are perfect.

Game Changer for Giving Cat Tablets
My cat has recently had an operation and he has to have several tablets per day, and this cat putty has made giving tablets so easy. You just tear off a small amount of putty and push the tablet into it, and it must taste good as my cat loves it and doesn’t realise he is getting a tablet. Just remember to fold over the open end of the wrapper and put a bulldog clip on it after using and the putty stays moist. I would definitely recommend.
