Not for weight loss
At first struggle to wrap around belly but later get used to it. Though sweat bead appear inside the belt but it didn't feel warm to wear. But definitely not a waist trimmer belt.

Great waist trimmer
I've never owned a waist trimmer before but I've heard great things. This one so far is great. It is very adjustable... you can make it as loose or as tight as you would like. I like to wear a thin shirt underneath and there's plenty of room for that.

Product fail
Product only works for a couple of days. The sticky pads don't stay sticky. At least one of the modules stopped working almost immediately after using it. Poor quality in my opinion.
