Excellence, as with all of my experiences with Kingston, they are my go-to for affordable, quality memory. I have 2 of both red and black hyperX fury sticks in my workstation totaling 16 gigs in an intel I5 3.10ghz Lenovo Thinkcentre low profile business class desktop, for its age, this is a beautiful setup and that's with nothing, in addition, to aid in performance besides an SSD, there is no graphics as well, all onboard. Adding the HyperX sticks and the SSD made all of the difference in the world. Everything runs very cool under load, I know you're not supposed to be touching around inside a running tower right. But hey, that's the only way to find out right, SMH (please detect the sarcasm)... Random, short story. I restarted it, and had to ask myself "did it even restart?" It was back up and fully ready to go, that fast, I didn't realize it even happened until my google hangouts popped up and started loading again (is set to start with windows). I have been using Kingston for maybe a little less than a decade now or something like that, not exclusively either. My first build is still running strong with the same Kingston sticks in it from the day I built it... They are the brand that immediately comes to mind when memory/ram comes up. I have never, to this day had a problem of any sort... I love these guys.

GREAT RAM! Had it for about 6 Months now and no problems have arisen so far.. Very Fast Dual Channel 1600 MHz setup compared to the Single channel 4GB stick my PC came with (I Bought the 8GB Dual Channel) It lets me Multitask between Google Chrome (A Memory Heavy Application) And Even GAMES without a single pause or stutter in between 8GB is more than enough for me to do basic Video edits and due to it having a built in Heat-sink it never gets too Hot or performance never slows down. I don't really have any RAM to compare it to but i can imagine this is a very good product to use for a benchmark I Would certainly Recommend picking this up if you are a gamer or are a Power user on your PC like me (It's a bit Pricey but you get what you pay for)

I got this for a good price, and it seems to still be getting cheaper. I trust Kingston, so that's who I wanted to go with again, and this seemed like a really good choice over the Value RAM versions. It's also aesthetically pleasing, with the heatsinks giving you a nice area to hold while handling/installing. The only thing you should be aware of is that this RAM does not automatically downclock to 1066. I bought this for an older socket 775 machine to use temporarily until I got my socket 1150 board, but it simply didn't work. It wasn't the end of the world, I had the rest of my parts days later anyway, and this is more my fault than anything for not researching it more thoroughly. But it could certainly be an issue if you're interested in using it specifically in an older system. All in all, a good value for the money, from a brand I've always been able to rely on.

Great overall. Works at intended so I can't really complain. Did have to force a little bit to get into slot, but that could just be my motherboard. Overall, probably the best you can get performance/price that doesn't look horrendous.

Great performance on a budget. Now that I build my own PC's, I see just how limited the RAM in my older mass produced computers were. The metal shield around the cards aren't just decorative. They also protect against dust and also removes the heat from the chips on the card itself. Physically, they also protect from warping which may happen from using too much force to install or uninstall them. Performance wise, I saw very little lag using just one 8 GB kit, but with two, everything seems to work flawlessly. I don't so much play games directly on the computer, but I do stream my Xbox through it and the difference between having one 8GB kit and two of them is quite noticeable. For a long time, I thought the glitches and hiccups in the streaming was caused by the network, but I was wrong about that. Now, I tend to forget I'm using the computer until I accidentally hit the mouse and see the task bar pop up from the bottom. I also work from home, so I use my computers a lot. I have to run several work programs and use Microsoft Office (mostly Excel, OneNote, and Word). Whether I'm using Microsoft Online or using the actual installed programs, it takes a decent amount of resources to run them. Paired with a good processor and other components, this RAM lets me ease through multiple applications to get everything done without waiting for anything to load.

I have used Corsair memory for years; but, decided to give this Kingston memory a try after a DIMM went bad in on of the computers in our shop. I'll admit that the primary reason for trying this was cost; but, it works perfectly. I've had bad luck with other brands in the past; but, this installed easily and has worked flawlessly. I'm not sure how this would work for overclocking (I gave that up over a decade ago); but, if you're looking for inexpensive and stable memory to upgrade a PC, I would definitely recommend this!

ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU NEED MEMORY OR ARE JUST LOOKING TO PICK UP PERFORMANCE THIS IS THE TICKET. AFTER GETTING A RECOMMENDATION FROM ANOTHER REVIEWER I BOUGHT THESE AND INSTALLED THEM IN A DELL DESKTOP WITH WINDOWS 7 PRO 64 BIT. THE STOCK MEMORY PERFORMANCE RATING BEFORE INSTALLING THESE TWO 4GB STICKS WAS PRETTY GOOD AT 5.9 ON THE WINDOWS SCALE WHICH RATES BETWEEN 1.0 AND 7.9, THE HIGHER THE NUMBER THE BETTER THE PERFORMANCE, THEY SMACKED THE READING UP TO A COOL 7.2. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR AND THE PRICE HERE AT AMAZON WAS TO GOOD TO PASS UP. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KINGSTON FOR MEMORY
