The original came broke and the replacement was easy and quick. this is a very well built wheel!

The prize wheel is colorful and makes a clicking noise (not obnoxiously loud) that attracts visitors to your booth/table. We used the prize wheel at a youth sports expo. Adults and volunteers asked to spin it, not even wanting a prize. They just wanted to spin it. lolThe only thing I disliked about it is, ours may have been welded backward. The flag that clicks is on the side of the stand that shows the screws. I would have preferred to not have any assembly be shown to visitors. Purely a cosmetic detail, and nothing to do with function.

We used this for a community outreach event. For the most part it was easy to assemble. We assembled it on site of the event. The little peg under the red pointer triangle that hits the other pegs did not stick. It needs wood glue or something similar. We ended up using a band aid to keep it in place. That worked.

The base is very stable and sturdy. With regards to the assembly, the instructions do not show the plexiglass that goes in front of the spinner. We learned this the hard way; without the plexiglass in place, the spinner moves a lot and is unstable. After the plexiglass placement, the spinner works great.

We set this up for an event our company sponsored and it was a HUGE hit! We seriously had a line at our table the entire evening. We used it to give away handout prizes. We already planned to give the stuff out, but something about spinning a wheel made everyone want to come and give it a try! If you're looking to grab attention at a booth, fair, tradeshow, etc. this item is perfect. Instead of using the whiteboard marker, we just printed and cut out little slips of paper and taped them on using double-sided tape on the back of the paper. Worked great!It was pretty easy to assemble, my fingers just got a little tired putting the screws on but aside from that it went together easily. It probably got about 600 spins at our event and is still standing strong, so I'd say it's fairly sturdy. The base isn't as heavy as I expected considering the "Heavy Duty" in the title, but it still stood up well.One thing to point out is that if you tighten the washer/screw on the back of the wheel too much, the wheel won't spin very well. I could barely get it to do a solid spin around the wheel so I loosened the back screw just a hair and it worked great after that!

This was a bad choice on my part—trying to find a cheaper version of something I wanted. I got it assembled with very little help from the instructions; in fact, I had to take part of it apart and put it back together because a couple of critical items are missing entirely from the directions. Once I got it together, the wooden peg meant to hit the posts when spinning won’t stay in the spring holder; every time I spin it (even gently) the peg goes flying. The wheel hangs crooked even though assembled correctly so the bottom portion hits the pole as it goes by. It may have been cheap, but it was money down the drain. It’s not worth the effort of returning it.

It’s a fun way to engage with people but it is flawed. The wooden peg that is used to hold up the red stopper came loose and would fly off the spring making it impossible to use. I made it work by wrapping the wood with a very thin piece of paper (the flag of a bell shaped candy we all know and love). By thickening the peg just slightly we were able to continue to use it for the remainder of the conference.

Must buy again!

Was definitely impressed with the product for the money. It’s very sturdy and easy to assemble.
