NOW, Prostate Health, Clinical Strength Saw Palmetto, 90 Softgels

Started looking for ways to deal with prostate issues in my 50s... Saw Palmetto seemed to help some for many years, but as I've gotten into my 60s, I needed something more... As others have stated, waking up numerous times at night to urinate, weak stream, dribbling, the whole lot. The doctors want to prescribe all sorts of pills, which I watched my Dad and others struggle with for years, so no thanks. Tried these supplements on a whim and WOW, they area a game changer for me at least. Wake up once, maybe twice at night now, sleeping better than I have in years! Urine stream is much much stronger now, so voiding takes much less time with much less frustration. I hope these continue to work forever.... Changed my life for the better, which I can't say for all supplements

It works for me. Been on them a couple of years. When I stopped taking them to see if they actually helped, my urine flow got weak. After I started again, it's much stronger. It doesn't cure BPH, but for me it helps.

I've used this product off & on a few times now. I do use just one softgel at a time (a day when I take it) vs recommendations of 3 for a serving. I'm a bit cautious with herbal products to see how they work before taking larger quantities. For most of my "tests" I have noted improvement with not getting up as often at night as well as the easier and more complete elimination of wastes. This also has improved my sleep at least a little because I don't notice being as uncomfortable as I have in the past. So I do believe the product is having some beneficial effects. I don't believe my troubles are as advanced as others so this may be a product that is more helpful for early stages or maybe the higher dose will work for those with more advanced problems. I do appreciate getting the 180 cnt bottle for the price as I anticipate it will last a long time. So far I haven't used even half of the bottle after several months. I also like the variety of ingredients. I have purchased Lycopene, Green tea extract, Turmeric, and some others listed on the label as individual items in past. Now they are all together so I have fewer bottles on my counter. I've used various NOW products for over 15+ years and find their quality quite good and the claims of benefits to generally perform as they intend. I will routinely look for a herbal supplement I need from NOW before investigating other vendors.

My sleep does not get disturbed at night when I take these. I’ve alternated between multiple brands and this is the only one that consistently delivers.

I'm a 72 year old man who's had prostate issues for decades, with frequent night time wake ups, night time incontinence, prostatitis, etc. Upon taking this product, for TWO DAYS, I actually slept 5 hours without getting up, something that hasn't happened in 20 years. I was getting up 4-5 times a night, now it's 2, or 3. Also, my stream and stop and starting is MUCH easier each day. I would caution users, be patient! This worked dramatically in the first five days, but then tapered off considerably after 3 weeks, but is still much better than without using it. It did not fix night time incontinence, but it has greatly improved! I've also noticed a drop in urgency, emptying bladder much better than before, and much less frequency during the day time hours. I was skeptical of saw palmetto alone, which my physician suggested, as I saw no difference at al with several of the highly rated supplements here on Amazon. The NOW supplement has two to three times the ingredients most prostate supplements have, which seems to have worked. I'm so thankful I didn't give up and tried this one, as it offers significant relief for long term prostate issues sufferers.

I've been using this product and brand for over a year. It works as intended and mixes well with every drink I have tried it with. Keeping regular is a good thing.

After reading a bunch of positive reviews I thought this product will work much better than Saw Palmetto since it has multiple ingredients in addition to Saw Palmetto. I gave it much time to see if it will work. Unfortunately it actually is less effective than just plain Saw Palmetto. There's no doubt everyone doesn't respond the same way so it may still work for some people. I just didn't notice any better efficacy than Saw Palmetto which also cost much less. Please note that you have to swallow 3 capsules every day which is inconvenient for me.

I must say it works. I tried sterols and saw palmetto, with meds. This is way better with meds, going to cut back on meds and try this stand alone.

This product contains all the necessary herbs and vitamins one needs to maintain prostate health.

Very effective it works. Im 56 years old suffering from BPH issues and taking urimax but no much relief. As i started this product feeling better from first day. I m taking it from one week. Hopefully it will work in future also.
