SimpliKids UPF 50+ UV Ray Sun Protection Baby Hat w/Neck Flap & Drawstring

Hat is large, but has drawstrings in the back to adjust. Photo is taken on a 10 week old baby of average size. It’s large on her, but it’s good because she can wear it for a long time. Does a great job of keeping the sun out of her eyes and off her face and neck.

I bought this sun hat for my daughter to wear because she goes outdoor a lot. I love the vibrant color of this hat. The hat material is nice and smooth....it. is a breathable material and doesn't make ny kid feel itchy. The back of the hat is long so It covers my daughter's neck, prevents from sunburn. It has the straps to keep it in place in case thw wind blow it away. The hat fits my daughter nicely. I love it on her.

We have three different hats for blocking the sun. This is the ONLY one that stays on our son's head. He's taken off the others rather easily. I think it's cause it has a very simple tightening string in the back that he cannot get to that allows us to ensure that it stays on. I love it. It shades his eyes, has UV protection, and is a light weight material... so it won't be too hot.Because he is outside at daycare a lot, this is the one we leave with him there. I know I will have to purchase a second one just to keep at home.

Fits perfect with room to grow

The weather is getting hot recently. My son needs a UV ray sun protection hat when we are out in the park.This hat is just fit as expectation. Love it!

This hat is absolutely perfect, we love it! We always get comments about it when we’re out.

We LOVE these hats. I have them in navy and gray. My best advice is to just size up bc I got them when my son was approx 9 months and the other was way too tight, and these have a cinch so you can always tighten them. My child is 97th+ percentile though, but still I think its good because they can grow into it.So many Pros:Lightweight and cool so they are great for swimming or beach bc they dry fast. Long back helps protect their neck from burning. Tie under chin helps it stay put. Small visor helps shade his eyes without being huge and overwhelming (you can flip it straight up if necessary, there is not a lot of structure and it looks kinda silly but it will still flip up if needed). I've also thrown them in the washer and dryer(on low) with his swim stuff countless times and see very little fading (and only on the navy which wasn't a super super dark blue to begin with). HiGHLY recommend!!

This hat is super lightweight but provides the best sun protection. It is light and airy enough that my 8 months old, who has a head full of hair, did not sweat while wearing this for hours in the sun. I bought him the 0-12 months and it fit him great. I love the adjustable draw strings on the back of the head and the chin so it provides a great fit. I KNOW this provides good sun protection because I forgot to put sunscreen on his neck, but he did not burn due to the neck flap! He didn’t mind wearing this at all and I truly believe it is because it is so light he may forget he has it on. I would definitely recommend!
