These things are great! I have a double mastectomy, and often forego wearing prosthetics because they are heavy and hot. These are the perfect solution. Super light, and sit away from the skin enough that they are not hot at all. Yaaay!

I never knew inserts could make such a difference until I found these. I'm a 32A so these inserts do wonders for my ladies. Makes my girls look like 2 cups bigger. I would definitely recommend these if you're looking for an extra push up.

I love it but if you’re bigger than a B cup I wouldn’t recommend but they work perfectly for me!! 5’6 145 pounds B cup.. gives that little extra ump! Lol

I'm surprised these don't fall out. Even when my bra is kinda big for me. They’re kinda sticky. They do stay in place even though I have a very active job, I work in a cafe. I do a lot of bending over and lifting. They make me look like a b when I'm like an AA, if that. Surprisingly, I don't sweat too much under them. I also have the perforated sticky inserts that make me sweat more than these which is odd.UPDATE: March 21, 2018So these do kinda peel off your skin when you take them off your chest so they do self stick kind of. That held them in place nicely but they don’t do that anymore so once when I was dancing it slid out and was visible. I hope nobody saw, it was quite funny actually. The mild stickiness of the pads wore off, maybe from too much washing. I wash with soap after each use to wash off the sweat and body oil. I’m going to buy another pair now because they just slide around underneath my bra now, I can’t wear them anymore. I hope this next pair comes a bit sticky again and I will wash with a mild soap exclusively.

I like these inserts a lot. As soon as i got these from mail I tried them on and wore all day without any bad issues about it.

The edges are flipped up so these show thru everything.

Purchased for swimming. Very lightweight, comfortable, and easy to use. They do not become heavy or waterlogged in the pool. They maintain their shape and stay in place, even in an old suit with just a shelf bra, though of course they're more secure in a pocketed swimsuit. I toss them in the washing machine with my swimsuit on handwash cycle to rinse pool chemicals, then air dry. They're ready for the following day. No sign of wear so far. Regarding sizing following a mastectomy, I would say that the Medium is a good replacement for AA and A bra cup sizes. I would try the larger sizes for B or C cups. For bra sizes larger than C, just based on where the Medium is, I'm guessing that you won't be happy. For my purposes, this is a perfect product.

The problem I have found with these are the edges irritate the scars and burn areas from the mastectomy and radiation. My suggestion is to put it in a soft sock. Good price but not very comfy.

I actually didn’t like how it felt and I think I should have bought the xl. That part is on me, but regardless. The feel wasn’t great and the edges stick out.I changed it to a 3 because the best part of purchasing this product was dealing with T STREET, they are nothing but professional and swift in regards to dealing with matters at hand.

It is a good option for mastectomy wear.
