Not what I was looking for
This is buy far the most disgusting sauce I have ever purchased. You will have better luck making this sauce from scratch. This is not what you are expecting if you want the sushi quality sauce.

This is great stuff! It's that thick sweet glaze that you see drizzled on sushi rolls. I keep the opened bottle in the fridge and bring it out whenever we make sushi at home.

Good but a bit liquidy
Very good eel sauce with an awesome pour lip. Never spills and the top is never messy. It is a bit liquidy, though, and not as thick as some that I'm used to.
