Needed for chair arm repairs.
I was pleasantly surprised to find this assembly on Amazon. Everything was included in the assembly so no need to salvage anything from the broken assembly.

Used, not new
The item sent was heavily used so if all you need is the bolt, save some money and just buy a 1/4-28 x 3-inch bolt. However, if you need the plastic or other parts in the kit, know that those parts may be used.

Skip them, they are used. You can get new ones elsewhere online for same price.

Worked for a while
I need to correct my previous review. My wife swears that the other arm was the one that broke the first time and it wasn't this new one. I'm going to trust her in this one and change my rating as I can't fault the company for a bad product if the one that actually broke was the one that was 22 years old and not the one that was only a few months old.

It works. Pricey?
If you can get past the price, this replacement part is easy to install (you'll need some allen wrenches, at a minimum) and fixes this problem. $100 bucks to put the arm back on an $800 chair. I guess that's fair.

Easy replacement, original parts, exact fit.
Item was exactly as shown. No directions (but didn't expect any, nor were any mentioned in the offer), but viewed a YouTube video before purchasing. Installation took about 12 minutes, and my 17 year-old Aeron chair is good as new. Expensive part, but did the job perfectly. Very satisfied, and recommend.

Pefrect fix for broken arm --On chair.
Seriously, my chair had warranty and they wanted me to send the whole chair to them. Instead I found this part and fixed it myself.
