This toilet came in a well packed box. The instructions were very clear and easy to assemble.I would highly recommend this toilet for price and quality.

Received damages. After waiting 6 weeks, seller will not replace.
Received the item damaged. After waiting 6 weeks, sending pictures, and waiting, I am told that the manufacturer will not replace.The item cost $196, and this seller offered a rebate of...wait for it... $30.I would suggest not dealing with this vendor, VirVentures, nor this manufacturer at all. Terrible experience.

Functional Flusher
I had never heard of this brand, but when we needed a new toilet this one seemed the right size and price. It installed easily. It's flush is very simple and effective. It doesn't waste water but it has a efficient flow. It works so well we replaced our 2nd bathroom toilet with this same brand.

Bad return policy.
Toilet arrived broken, and I had to pay $215 for shipping and $35 for handling to return the broken toilet in order to get a $165 refund.
