As a CPAP user, I know how important it is to be able to control air leakage to get a good night's sleep. I first bought this pillow in 2018, and it was fabulous: the foam was firm and thick and it filled up the pillowcase completely. When I lay my head on the pillow it didn't collapse but supported me so that I didn't have air leakage from the sides of my mask. However, I bought this one again in June of 2019 and it is an entirely different pillow: it is so soft that when I lay the side of my face on the foam above the indentation, the entire pillow totally collapses. It is useless. My air leakage is very high. Before I wrote this review I wrote the company to see if I had received a defective pillow. I had no response, so I am posting this review.

My husband attempted to try sleeping on this pillow, and gave up after one night. I tried sleeping on it, since I couldn’t handle the thought of spending soo much money on a pillow without using it, only to fail as well. It is incredibly uncomfortable, the neck is not supported, and the firmness of it continuously made my head fall off the pillow throughout the night (side-sleeping). I do not have a CPAP, so I didn’t even have a mask on and it was still uber-uncomfortable. I am also a stomach sleeper, and you can’t successfully get your arm under the pillow and still use it, it is soo hard. The only way was to sleep on my back, which defeats the purpose of the pillow, and was uncomfortable on the back of my head because, again, it is way too stiff. We kept the pillow too long, and cannot return it now, which I wish we could as it is drastically over-priced. I wouldn’t purchase this.

It does take some getting used to in order to get a good night's rest - you won't take it out of the package and immediately know how to use it. Experiment with it to find the best angle to lay and it's best to sleep more towards the edge of the pillow and then lay your mask in the cut-outs. I use an additional pillow to prop this one up simply because I prefer a taller pillow.

If you have a CPAP, you need this pillow! I have a full face mask and this pillow is a godsend. Two different size cutouts on each side are great for people like me who toss and turn. I can’t sleep without it! Also, get the cooling mesh, as it helps with moisture and keeps your face cool.

This pillow on the 1st night was very comfortable. I slept very well.

This is the first pillow like this I've tried and I wouldn't recommend this particular one at all. It's thin and goes flat easily. And it's much smaller than it looks in the pictures. It's definitely not worth the money. You can get something similar at Big Lots for a lot less.
