I love the Rubbermaid Commercial Silicone Spatulas. I first bought the 16.5 inch size several years ago, as they are perfect to use with my large stand mixer and also when mixing large batches of things. I was needing some shorter spatulas to replace some old ones that I have had for years so decided to splurge a bit and picked up 2 of the 9.5 inch spatulas when they were on sale during Prime Day. I am so happy I did as I have used the several times already and found them to be the perfect fit for when i just need a small spatula. The quality if really fantastic, they are sturdy, have a notch to use to rest on the edge of pots or bowls with, and are easy to clean, even not staining with some foods which would heavily stain other spatulas.

I've seen this item being used on multiple cooking shows, so I figured I'd buy one. This is a fabulous addition to my utility container. It is very sturdy and is very easy to clean. I'm happy I bought this Rubbermaid spatula.

Purchased specifically for heat resistance. Got regular length handle and extra long length. Very strong thick handles where rubber head won’t dislodge from. Worth every penny. Pictures show peppermill and wooden spoon for size comparison, and wooden handled rubber scraper compared to Rubbermaid models.

I ordered the larger 12-inch Rubbermaid spatula and LOVED it, but, it was far too large for many of the scraping jobs in the kitchen. I then realized they had a smaller size, and was ecstatic with how the smaller one can be easily maneuvered for almost every job. I still use the large one, though, so it has hardly gone to waste. These spatulas are utterly perfect - the white part is perfectly flexible but is also very strong and very resistant to staining (but not completely impervious to staining, so, don't go crazy), the handle is light but very sturdy, and the way the rubber part is joined to the handle is done it such a way that it is very easy to clean (my previous favorite spatulas were joined in a way that there was a small but deep crevice that managed to get a lot of food stuck in it and was somwhat difficult to clean thoroughly). I love these as a perfect example of a perfectly useful object. If they change the design of these I will be very saddened because I cannot see anyway they can be improved.

WOW! Use these Rubber Maid spatulas and you will never use anything else. Getting pancake batter out of a bowl, cooking scrambled eggs. I use them all the time. The handle is designed to keep the spatula from lying flat on your counter. They are heated rated to 500 F/ 260 C. I now own 10 of them.

Pro: It's nice and firm, seems bery sturdy. Cons: It does tend to catch a mild odor if you use it with strong spices. I suggest keeping the baking and cooking spatulas separate.

Very sturdy, if somewhat industrial in appearance. Well designed and long lasting materials throughout. The best silicone spatula I've used.

When they say professional, they mean it. I bought this in 14" length for my Baking and Pastry education. It is a solid spatula, and I am happy to have it.
