If I order it now (end of May), what expiration date will I receive?

I'm not certain of how long before a package will expire. However, my family just enjoyed a package (end of May 2018) that we forgot about in the fridge and the expiration/best by date was February 2018. No difference in taste that we could tell.

Can this be used in a fondue fountain?
