I'm not optimistic for my VegTrug (updated)
I was really excited about the VegTrug, with the fabric liner and all the accessories available. But once I had it here I was incredibly disappointed in the quality. It came with one of the main boards splitting, as well as the pre-assembled slats on one side peeling apart from the screws. It seemed like too much of a hassle to return, so we put it together anyway, hoping for the best.On the bright side: the fabric liner is awesome and the design is pretty good. The big downsides: The wood pieces didn't fit together well, and the wood is prone to splitting.I'm not optimistic this will last very long at all. I purchased another raised bed at the same time, and it was cheaper and sturdier. I can't see myself purchasing another VegTrug in the future, which is unfortunate because I was really enthusiastic about the product line.---------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: August 2017Well, it has survived a year - thankfully! It's been full of dirt the whole time and not moved. Each of the legs is on top of a brick to further protect it from the sinking into the soil. It's sturdy enough so far. I wouldn't attempt moving it because of the split boards, though. The wood itself is beginning to fade a lot. It probably needs some kind of re-coating or wood conditioner, but I'm not even sure what to put on it in such close proximity to vegetables.I am raising my rating from 2 to 3 stars since it has surpassed my initial expectations. I still think, for such an investment, that the quality should be much, much better.

Excellent Purchase
I searched high and low for a raised garden bed on legs. This has everything I wanted, tall height, food safe materials, treated wood, large size with good depth. This took 9, 35L bags of organic garden potting soil. The box and one of the wooden boards was damaged upon arrival but the scratched and dented part of the board ending up facing inwards. I did not tuck in the lining as shown but left it out. While assembling watch the YouTube video instead of the reading the instructions enclosed, MUCH easier! Can't wait to see the end results of my planting later in the season!

Looks Good!
VegTrug is fairly easy to assemble, though the YouTube video is helpful.I received 2 pieces of wood that were badly split & unusable, so I had to spend some time working around that. Disappointing considering the cost. You never know what you are going to find (or not find) in a flat pack box.Other than that, it looks good & sturdy.Would buy again.

Assembly is much easier than other similar products, with clearly labeled and numbered screws in an organizer, rather than just jumbled in a plastic bag. The height is just right to work with without stooping, and the Fir wood smells fantastic - it's a beautiful addition to any patio or garden.

I love the VegTrug!
The VegTrug is fantastic! My mother wanted a garden inside our screen porch and now she has it! We are growing tomatoes, peas, squash, zucchini, lettuce, radishes, carrots, and strawberries all in this one planter. Absolutely amazing!

Disappointed in my purchase, not the quality piece I expected.
Received my Vegtrug today, and assembly was rather simple. However, My biggest complaint is the branded Vegtrug board split while assembling. There is also a lot of wood filler on the end pieces. Not sure who to contact about replacement boards.
