MOUNT TEC Unisex Explorer 4S Heated Performance Mitten

Hi , I just bought these gloves last week and tried them for skiing. I love them. The only problem is that one battery is not charging. It only lasts a few minutes and dies. So all day skiing I had to switch the battery from one glove to the other. Please advise me what I should do. I really would not like to go through a return since I love the gloves and they are the right size for me. Could you send me a new battery. I only need one. Thank you!

These get pretty warm but they are hard to wear with the size and location of the battery pack. I think I ordered a size too big (they fell off very easily) but was worried they would be uncomfortable with the battery pack if I ordered smaller (i use them for snowboarding). My hands get very cold (I have raynauds) and these seemed to help a lot. The fit is just odd.

The gloves heat up nicely, need a little more charging than stated, however I am running them on high in extreme Vermont Temperatures. Overall they are a good deal compared to other gloves I looked at. One item that the manufacturer might address is the battery placement; the batteries are on the inside of your wrist and can get your attention when you bend your wrist, think snow shoeing or skiing. That's not a deal breaker, they work well and especially for my sensitive thumbs. A pretty good buy.

Product arrived in a soft bag. Well made. Biggest complaint is sizing. I have small hands so I ordered a largeand they are still too small. XL probably would have been better. Have only used on mildly cold days so cannotcomment on how well they heat. Also I think it would have been a better design to put the batteries on the back of thehand rather then on the palm side. They dig into my wrist and have taken to removing them and tucking them up my sleeve. Battery placement could be thought out a lot better. It remains to be seen as to whether or not these were a good investment. Definitely need to consider sizing.

I loved them for the first month. Then the right mitten stopped working. I even bought a second set of batteries. I was super bummed!!! ! I work in the arctic in the winter for months on end. This season I need to replace them with something more reliable!!? I took it upon myself and undid the stitching to see if I could possibly repair it myself to no avail because the stitching went through one of the cables when it was put together!! I really thought this was going to be my 'go to' wear!!

Their customer service is excellent! They replaced a pair of mittens after nearly a year when the left mitten stopped heating. The mittens work GREAT until one stopped working. They are well-made and luxurious leather with good construction. They are quite warm even without the heating elements, but I bought them because I have Reynaud's Syndrome and I need heated mittens for skiing and other outdoor winter activities.

They worked but it was the end of the season so I'm not sure how it will be when the skiing gets below 10 degrees. However, they said to order larger so I'm usually a medium and I ordered a large. We have decided we will give these to my husband and I'll buy another pair next year.
