Looks amazing!!
Great replacement for my Hummer H3 shift boot!! It was a little difficult to install, although not as hard as I expected. Some of the reviews made it sound bad—probably took me 45 minutes altogether. As stated, do not cut the leather in any way, you’ll need every inch of material to make it fit!! It’s very nice, looks and feels good!!

Not for anyone looking for a quick fix
Like others on here, I found this to be serviceable and actually looks quite nice once you have it in place. That being said, it took me about 60 minutes to get it there. This should not be undertaken by anyone faint of heart or not up for a bit of a challenge. As others have noted, there are no instructions and the shifter glove is a tight fit. There are several YouTube videos on how to remove your current shifter/boot assembly so no issues there - that's the easy part. Not sure if there are any videos that describe how to put a new boot glove on as I could not find any. If you look at the glove, there are three seem lines in a vague triangle shape (if you think of the top of the glove as the top of a pyramid and the bottom of the glove as the base). As best as I can tell, the two seems that are closer together go on the right side of the shifter and the one far seem by itself goes on the left. There's a plastic insert that fits up by the knob that you have to line with the top of the boot glove and a larger plastic frame insert at the base that you have to line with the bottom of the boot. This is not a simple task but as with most things, persistence pays off, and ultimately I have a brand new looking shift boot. All for $20 and about an hour of my life.

Great product, fairly easy to install
This was a lot easier than I expected. Quality product. Just watch how the seams line up with the seams on the shifter. YouTube a 7 minute video that shows you how to do it. It takes about 30 minutes to do.

It’s durable, just a little tough to install. Well worth it, though👍
Loved it!! It was perfect, just a little difficult to install.

Looks perfect.
Fits well - no directions - pay attention to the orientation and mechanics of the old boot shift cover before/as you remove it. Change over from old to new took 30 - 45 minutes to complete. Figuring out how to stretch (very tight fit) the bottom of the boot to fit over the housing and pinching it into to housing at the same time was 90% of the time.

Quality and durable, but not pliable.
I had to watch a YouTube to help me install it. The leather is thick and seems durable, but not pliable, which made it hard to install. Definitely worth the money as the dealer wanted to charge $100.
