Mirin! I live in a small town and hard to find but simple through Amazon. Tastes as it should and no additional ingredients. It was delivered with no leakage and works as it should. Best quality I could find on Amazon! 10 Stars!

I lived in Japan for many years and this is a pantry staple. My go to brand. Excellent taste and it will embellish all of your preparations. I have ordered from Amazon several times without any leakage. We love this stuff! Sukiyaki and shoyu eggs here I come!

Yes, I KNOW this isn't traditional Mirin. It doesn't contain the alcoholic content of traditional Japanese Mirin. And that's OK - this Kikkoman Aji Mirin MORE than satisfies my cooking needs and expectations. EVERY dish where I use this product results in a more flavorful dish; it has a subtle sweetness and a subtle savory note. Honestly - no matter WHAT cuisine you're cooking, this mirin product will surely enhance it. I HIGHLY recommend Kikkoman Manjo Aji Mirin for ALL the dishes you cook.

This isn't a great mirin by any stretch, but the value for money is excellent and, in my experience, this vendor always ships promptly. The product is shelf-stable and easy to keep on hand. I use it primarily for making marinades for fish and/or veggies for the grill; its primary virtue to add sweetness. If I need more rice wine flavor in one of those, I'll generally use a roughly 50:50 mix of Kikkoman mirin and (cheap) sake.

Solid cooking mirin and lasts a good time. Strong flavor, good clarity, high quality and with a 4 pack you have backups for a while. Honestly I like getting these every couple months.

My favorite sweet rice wine for cooking. Easy to use and adds great flavor. I use it for Asian cooking with authentic taste.

Great price for the amount. I use for everything from marinades to salad dressing. Great on Salmon with a touch of soy sauce. Just enough sweetness, very to use with drip proof spout. Arrived with no leakage.

Who the heck buys 60 once containers of mirin? Well, if you enjoy the taste and prepare a lot of Asian meals you will appreciate this size of a container.

If you need a seasoned Mirin and not a true wine , this will do. A bit pricey for what you get.
