LexmarkTwin Pack #16, #26 Black and Color Print Cartridges -10N0202

Product (16/26/ Combo) was completely sealed in the company logo foil, as others I previously purchased and seemed fine, but the for first time since I have been purchasing cartridges for LM 16/26, the cartridges I opened had ink around the cartirdge edges & on the protective tape, and the protective tape was misaligned. After cleaning up the "Black"16 cartridge, it still would not work, and the cartridge contacts had at least 2 or 3 bad/incomplete copper points. I tried the 2nd cartridge from seller and it was the same issue with the ink. I cleaned it up and the as contacts were undamaged, and I was able to use it, still wondering if I'll find a mess later in the printer, as I cannot tell if it leaked or was left uncleaned on the cartridge when it was processed. I've been buying the LM 16/26 cartridges from Lexmark, via resellers, for six or more years, never finding the freshly opened cartridges looking like this. I hope to claim the loss to the reseller. And I haven't yet opened the color cartridges I ordered at same time (2 combo packs) so I have no clue so far about them.

Nothing fancy to report here about Lexmark (Mexico) ink cartridges. They produce great quality black and white or color printing.Pros:Easy installation and setupGreat printing results (give props here to the printer too which is a Lexmark (Made in Mexico)Cons:Cartridges are smallYou run out of ink pretty quick if you do a lot of printingToo pricey (this is why buying printers is so cheap because they make money off of selling ink cartridges)Footnote:My next printer will be a monochrome as color printing is not important to me. Printing is expensive no matter how you look at it. The cheapest way to go is monochrome printing. One cartridge will give you several hundreds of copiies unlike these cartridges that will give you maybe 50-60 color prints.

Ink cartridges I need for my printer.

These ink cartridges are definitely not as good as the "new" ones you buy from a store but since the seller will stand behind the product I chose to keep them. My Lexmark X75 printer is O-L-D so I have to wonder, when the print out is less than exact, if it's the ink cartridge or the printer!! The cartridges were received in the 'aluminum' wrapping but NOT in the bubble plastic package which leads me to think they may be re-filled cartridges. It's still a good deal money-wise but occasionally I have to re-print to get an acceptable copy.

I have reviewed this once before.I am not so sure I would buy from this person again.I am not totally sure that these cartridges were new as described.They are leaking all over the inside of my printer.Very messy,Also the tape you peel off of them before you use for the first time, was very loose. Normally on a NEW cartridge these give a little tug before they pull off.My review would be right in the middle.The price was ok, the cartridges.........no more comments on.SS

I am always in favor of trying a knockoff brand to save some money.However, in the world of inkjet cartridges, there are way too many bombs out there to chance it.Stick to the combo pack from Lexmark. It is a cheaper price than buying individual cartridges - and the quality is always there.

I got off-brand cartridges for my printer but when I installed them I was told they were nearly out of ink. So I got the lexmark cartridges but the same thing happened. The problem must be with my printer, not the cartridges. Although the printer says the cartridge is almost out of ink it continues to print well.

well the color worked well but upon opening and installing the black ink i was notified that it was low and almost empty.i contacted lexmark they apologiged and promptly sent out another black ink but once again to my amazement the replacement cartridge was low/empty.I rather just buy from walmart like i first did even though its more expensive atleast i know it will be full
