Dickies Boys 8-20 Short Sleeve Pique Polo

This shirt is a lot nicer than I expected for the price. While it's a 60/40 cotton-poly blend, it has a 'hand feel' of 100% Egyptian cotton. The shirt is well made with even stitching and no loose threads. The color is attractive, not too 'bright' for a boy (you know how boys are, I bought royal blue, which he likes, but it can't be too 'girly blue'). The width runs true-to-size. Some of my son's polo shirts come a bit longer than this one for his size. This shirt fits him perfectly because he is just short-of-average and husky. If you have a very tall, thin child (like my daughter is) you might want to take a measurement first to make sure you don't need to get the next larger size. For the $8.80 I spent for this shirt, I am VERY happy with the quality.

My 1st grader's Baltimore area school required the students wear uniforms this year. My son still wanted to wear Ravens colors on "Purple Fridays", so I ordered two purple polo shirts. The quality was great, the delivery was fast and the colors were perfect. Only one problem, the shirts were twice the size I ordered. The item title clearly states, "Dickies Boys 2-7 Short Sleeve Pique Polo - School Uniform". I checked the sizing chart before ordering and it said that a large is size 7. I received a size 14-16. The four stars are for the customer service from Elite_Hero. They worked with me on the return and refund. They are also going to see if they can clear up the confusion with the listings and Amazon advertisement. I will definitely order from them again. In fact, I will right now. I still need purple polos!

Bought for nephew and he was very pleased with the shirt.

Purchased for my 13 year old to wear while umpiring baseball. This shirt fits perfectly. I ordered a size up so he can fit a chest piece under it. He likes it so much he asked if I could purchase some others for every day wear.

I needed a nice quality for returning to school in the fall and because they are young children needed something light weight also that would complement their uniforms it’ll be a perfect fit for a fall mornings walking to school. Nice for the price point not expensive but nice quality of fabric a little stretch . Great staple item in wardrobe, just purchased so will update review in the fall. Okay and then not having to beat the crowd in this pandemic makes it worth every penny. Recommend to everyone. Stay safe
