Teen Son like these
My son has braces and didn't want gummy vitamins. We found these GNC Teen non-gummy vitamins and thought we'd try them. The size is larger then I expected but he has no issues with that. He did tell me a few times that he actually likes the taste of them and it reminds him of cake. In fact he just asked recently if I can get more to make sure he doesn't run out (he has over a month left!). The vitamin percentages are solid on these so I know he is getting what he needs as he continues to grow.

Making the move from chewables and gummies!
My teenager definitely preferred these to the gummies i had purchased in the past. It took some practice swallowing a larger caplet, but they are well coated which makes it easier. And from my understanding the taste is tolerable if they happen to get caught up before swallowing. As a parent, I think this is a quality supplement.
