I bought this for my adult son as I wanted him to enjoy the Rubik's cube like I did when I was younger. At this price I wasn't sure if this was a good cube or not but when it arrived we found it was really smooth and easy to use. I don't know if it is really a high spec speed cube like the pros use but for amateur use it is really good, much better than the price would suggest. My son soon learned to solve it, and by a faster method than the one I remember from the 80s :-)

Got this for my daughter whose current cube was sticking and very noisy! She found this a delight in comparison. It's good quality for a low price. The colours are bright, the cube is light and it spins smoothly with little noise (though not totally soundless). She is not a cube expert, so we couldn't comment on the maximum speed, but it's definitely fast enough for her. She has used it constantly for the last few months and it's continuing to work just as well.

Overall I'm pretty happy with this. However, it is a little unstable, and can 'jam', which is a pain to fix. Careful non-aggressive usage prevents this and I'm not sure if it's a problem with this particular cube or with moving up to 6x6, I have the 5x5 from the same maker, and no problems with that one.

Very smooth, nice to touch and glides easily. My 11 year old daughter is so happy with it, she learned to solve it in one day, keeps practising everyday now to learn all the steps, and takes it everywhere with her.

This cube is not too bad, however it does not turn as smoothly as I hoped. It’s important that on each turn you keep the pieces aligned in order to avoid getting stuck. I was also confused because the brand advertised is not the same as the brand received. This should be clearer.

First off, I wasn't expecting such a smooth movement, this is a fast cube, no doubt. The slowest part of this cube is the guy controlling it (me). This is my first cube, I received it 5 days ago, I decided that I just wanted to learn to solve one. Good old Amazon next day delivery, I had this in my hands and a YouTube tutorial up. 5 days after, I managed to remember all of the steps to solve and my first timed solve, I did it in 3mins 49sec. I used the 'WIRED' tutorial on YouTube, referred to that for the first few solves. Then I wrote down the steps in my notes app, and referred to them for a few days (all this while being a full time adult with a job). So glad I bought this, my other half has been asking me the steps and she's also solved it a few times, it's addictive and so rewarding! The logo/Chinese characters on the white center is a little annoying, but you could probably scratch it off, not sure! Buy one, learn it, and happy solving!

De kubus die ik heb ontvangen is geen magnetic speedcube zoals vermeld in de product beschrijving. Draaien doet hij wel, maar als de blokjes niet uitgelijnd zijn (zoals bij een goedkope kubus) dan draait hij dus niet. Hierom juist voor dit product gekozen en iets meer betaald, maar helaas.
