This is a top quality bee pollen at a competative price. I ordered one bag to compare it to YS Eco Bee Farms fresh pollen that requires refrigeration. New orders of Eco Bee since the summer appear to me to be dried instead of fresh. The color is darker and they have a chemical taste. I like to snack on it with my morning coffee. The good batches are light colored and so delicious. Apparently pollen changes as the seasons change and bees collect varying pollen. I have been ordering Eco Bee for years and never had this issue before. Been lucky with order timing perhaps. Any way you can see why I tried a different brand. The Hummingbee is just not tasty to me. It is much darker than the photo on Amazon. Maybe most people don't eat bee pollen straight like a candy like I do. Both brands certainly are fine for a variety of other uses like toppings where their flavor is not so noticable or in cooking where their flavor will blend or be hidden. Hope YS Eco Bee Farms gets some delicious batches in again. Maybe fresh spring blossoms are what produce the tasty treat.

I've tried a domestic brand (& with better packaging), but this one tastes just a little better - nough that I'm switching back to this next order. If you've never tried bee pollen, it tastes similar to honey but isn't a sweetener. My breakfast drink wouldn't be the same without it. I mix this in soy milk with Ovaltine (& a couple other less tasty things - ginseng etc) in a shaker bottle. Shake it, let it sit for a couple minutes then shake again. Decent technique if you don't want to mess with a blender.

Taste okay. I was expecting to sweet my tea or coffee but you still need to add some sugar to your drink to be tasty. I know the bee pollen is good for the immune system.

This review is long overdue but I have to say this company may just have the best customer service out there! I originally ordered this product and unfortunately got a defective batch that was completely inedible. I sent a message on here and the owner responded almost instantly and immediately sent a replacement+refund and some of their chapsticks (they were amazing!) the new bag of bee pollen was amazing and I will always order from them. I have noticed great improvement in my allergies. I also loved the chapstick and gave a few of them out to friends who also agreed they were superb! Highly recommend supporting this small business!

I’ve had lots of different bee pollen products and this one seems a bit stale in flavor and texture/moisture content. I’m not sure if its just the batch I got though

This product had no pieces of plants or bugs in it. Smells great. Very fresh. Happy with this purchase.

The best pollen. Clean fresh taste. Basic sweetness without any chemical and or bitter aftertastes. This is definitely the standard to compare all others. Delicious. Note: This is the dried granular pollen you do not need to refrigerate and can carry it anyplace with you, this is not wet pollen.

The flavor is good, but it arrived ripped and 1/3 of the product was in the delivery bag and all over my bed & floor. Not cool. It should have had bubble wrap or something around it to protect it, unless it ripped before it went into the bag. It was stuffed in a bag with 2 other boxes.Would have been 5 stars if the whole product was delivered
