I need to make a mix only with cement and sand and a little polypropylene fibres. i'm not going to use steel, can i use this product to improve it?

Can this be used in concrete mixture?

Product is used in renders and similar, you would not use it in structural concrete or a screed

I love this stuff : perfect for rendering : retains workability for ages and as dilution is 20:1 the gallon goes a long way : I knocked off one star for the packaging: it arived all bubble wrapped and padded , but the bubble wrap and padding was put on AFTER the container was damaged
