Il computer è difettoso non si è mai acceso ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti per un eventuale cambio però vivendo all’estero non ho potuto prendere il computer prima dei tre mesi automaticamente non c’è un cambio non so come utilizzare questo pezzo di plastica tantomeno mi rispondono dall’azienda invio

Dopo tre mesi di normale utilizzo, ( navigazione, ascolto musica, utilizzo di programmi di videoscrittura), il computer non funziona più, a mio parere un difetto hardware sull' attacco alimentazione D/C ,difetto riscontrato anche da altri notebook ( video su youtube).Ditta venditrice completamente assente, non risponde alle email, e garanzia non recepita !!!!Amazon non considera il rimborso con garanzia dalla A alla Z perchè superati i 30 giorni.Che dire sembra una mezza fregatura!!!!

Pessimo prodotto arrivato con la scheda audio guasta. Nessun controllo di qualità del produttore.Il venditore cinese dopo 3 mesi dalla ricezione del reso non effettuava il rimborso. Sono riuscito ad ottenerlo solo grazie all'assistenza di Amazon. Evitate assolutamente l'acquisto questi portatili sono tutti difettati.
