I put this canister in the Ruger Pepper Spray gun which they evidently don't sell any more. After one quick practice burst it seemed to work ok. Six months later another quick burst at a stray attacking dog and it did the job. Should be more left but when I needed it the third time it just fizzled and was very hard to get anything out at all. Shot a weak spray about 3 feet when it did. Orange stuff fizzled out like an old spray paint can. The expire date is still a year away.... Shook the canister and there is still a lot left inside but it won't spray out.... My thoughts are that this thing clogs up and if you don't use it all in the first few months it will act like a paint spray can and the rest won't spray out. Useless...
