On time, delivery plug it in and the chair worked perfectly

The control works well , but having problem with the chair going up at times . Will get the chair checked out. Overall I like the hand held control.

The control is easy to install. It has a problem with staying plugged in at the control. If you pull on it too much it come apart. Works great with the chair. Bright lights for at night.

I urgently needed a replacement hand wand for my mother's La-Z-Boy lift chair. Although La-Z-Boy products are perversely proprietary and hard to buy parts for, other reviewers here had suggested that this control might work, so I ordered one. It arrived super fast, and in good condition, but alas, it failed to work on the La-Z-Boy. After I requested a return, the seller reached out to try to help me find a suitable replacement. But by that time, I finally got someone at La-Z-Boy to call me back, and I got an exact replacement ordered at an exorbitant price with super-slow shipping as a bonus. so I don't think I'll be pursuing the seller's offer of help, but their customer service has La-Z-Boy beat hands down, and I heartily recommend this seller if you have a different brand of furniture.

It worked off and on for a week then quit

This product replaces the multifunction remote that comes with an expensive chair that changes position from completely reclined to upright, has vibration and heat by different areas, and is a wonderful chair for the partially disabled. The new remote fully restored all functions at a small fraction of the cost of a new recliner.

We had contacted LazyBoy (the lift chair manufacturer) because the previous remote had several broken buttons and those that remained were intermittently responsive. LazyBoy said they no longer carried that remote because the chair was so old (12 years old). They suggested I find someone that does reupholstering in the hopes that they had one. I looked on Amazon and found this updated version. It works perfectly! AND my mom thought the heat and massage were broken on the recliner, but it turns out those buttons must have been broken on the old remote and we didn't realize it. She is thrilled, thrilled, thrilled!

This is the 4th controler I have purchased in over 10 years. They seem to have a limited life expectancy before the switches wear out. The last controler developed problems with the wiring just below the handset. I temporaily fixed it with a stiff wire and black tape to keep it from flexing, but got this one for when it goes out. I put this one into immediate use. It has a little longer strain relief and some different features, such has two time settings (15 & 30 minites) for vibration and keys change color in operation. They have a blue LED illumination when not functioning which change to a different color when active. More modern look than the original controlers.
