How long would you say these razors last if you’re only doing cleanup about and below a beard?

Taking into account that no two beards are the same or grow in the same pattern and taking into consideration the "relative complexion" of each person, and how you prepare for your shave, I have found that each blade will provide an excellent shave 3-4 times per week (based upon daily usage).   I discovered that seeking a great shave on a consistent basis is a multivariate journey.    Bottom line, keep your shaving prep consistent over a couple of weeks before you decide to try something different.

why are these blades about 50x more expensive than blades should be? and twice as expensive as other 'feather' blades on Amazon?

1) Feather blade brand is the #1 brand top professional barbershop barbers use.
2) 50x more expensive is a rhetorical statement.  50x more than what other brand? 
3) Please do go ahead and buy the 50x less costly blades and review them for us. 
4) Depending on your beard the Feather blade might be overkill.  I have a heavy beard.  
5) When bought in bulk (single blade pak of 10 x 6) are about $0.87 cents each. less than a BIC.
6) These are sold by the maker of the razor I use. Nice black chrome model.  
7) The bulk blade purchase includes a branded crinkle black finish tin for used blade disposal.
8) buy whatever works for you.

Does they fit gem vintage razors? or new one blade only?

Hi, I am not certain, but I do not believe that the FHS blade will work for this application.  They will work in antique Autostrop razors.
