for how long these machines lasts ? they seem cheaply built and expensive if they don't last long enough

I had one which lasted for 5 years and I used it several times a week. Dont overload or put in over the weight capacity. Hope this helps.

Hi, to drain is it just a matter putting the pipe in sink and attaching to the drian outlet on the washer and is the spin exactly the same.

Best to use a bucket and make sure washer is up higher than the bucket so the water can flow easily.

I bought this about 6 weeks ago and all of a sudden the dryer has stopped working. Does anyone know how to fix or how to contact customer support?

Is the support number on the back of the machine?

Fuse is 13amp is that right for this appliance?

Hi, yes it needs a 13 A fuse, electric motors, even small ones, next size is 5A which is for much smaller equipment
