Mincer Review
This appears to be a good product . The only problem I had with it was a "known generic" problem that had been anticipated :- What could we screw it to without damaging the kitchen surface? I think we will use in future a light weight portable tool bench from the garage as these are cheap.Furthermore the wood surface on them is hardwood and I don't care about any marks left.Looking at it as a "generic" product , I think it is based on an old Victorian design and I chose it as it was distinguished from many of its rivals by the fact that it was said to be "plated" (and therefore more rustproof) and that this would help to prevent rust. The body of the main mincer does indeed appear to have this coating. (But not all the removable cutting parts )After use we put it in the oven to dry it off . I also used cooking oil to coat it for rust prevention before putting it away . It is for occasional use.Having read some reviews I decided to check the handle : I could find no weakness here . It all appears to work OK. I concede that the handle does need to be strong as effort is needed to mince.I still have to find out whether the internal ( uncoated ) cutting parts are replaceable generic parts ( I noticed that parts are available from other sellers on this site : But will this mincer accept them?? )So , we are generally pleased with the product. We just have to be careful about what we screw it to : it does require a tight squeeze to keep it steady as some effort it required to mince . If it is attached loosely it will fall off . However I think this is a somewhat obvious point that applies probably to most mincers of this type : so it is not meant as a criticism , just a statement of mechanical reality.

Didn’t work for what I needed it for
I bought this so I could mince pork shoulder but what a disaster ! Nothing would come through , it chewed it up jammed and came back out the way it went in as a paste 🤦♀️ I gave it away . ! Probably only fit for vegetables

Rubbish
Bought this for my Mother as a replacement for an old model.Took her an hour to mince 1lb of cooked beef & she described it as 'very hard work' Requested a return & refund & was contacted by 'Victoria' @ ProCooks head office to say they would not refund as the item was not supposed to be used for cooked meat & had been used. How would we know the item was not fit for purpose without using it.....? As a gesture of goodwill p&p charges were refunded. Thank you 'Victoria' but totally unaceptable.DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK - AVOID AT ALL COST

Utter Rubbish
This product was total rubbish! For starters the clamp was too small to fit a standard kitchen worktop, had to use a kitchen stool. Mincing 1lb of pork was a two-man job - it took twenty five minutes - and included several stops to unblock the damned thing. The so-called mincer then went straight in the dustbin! In my opinion this product has clearly not been tested before hitting the market.

Rubbish
I bought this item based on review on amazon. Shipping was fast. When I opened a box I knew I will be disappointed due to a poor quality - mincer was chipped...cast quality was below any standards. I didn't want to return due to a shipping cost. I tried to use it...for 3 minutes and then I ordered another device. I will recommend to...stay away from this piece of junk.

Not a hope
Sadly this item just does not do what it says. It's supposed to be a grinder but all it did was purée the meat until it simply stopped working. Very sad
