The first one I received had some issues and it wouldn't go together correctly. They sen me a replacement and that one went together fine. It looks really good installed but its not really the most functional setup. When you turn it on the water is super loud coming out and you really have to pull down pretty hard to get the water to shut off completely. Overall it works but I wouldn't advise it for a busy bathroom in the house. Its better for looking pretty and being used rarely.

Purchased these as part of our Master Bath remodel. Installed easy enough although I had to purchase some hose extensions because the ones that came with the sink were to short. Fast Forward to 1 year later. Black paint is chipping and falling off, one of the faucets has a leak internally on the cold water side. Tube is sealed so cannot get inside to determine where the leak is. ended up cutting it open only to find lots of rust. Do not recommend very cheap construction on the faucets and drain, looks like pot metal.

I received my package months ago for my new office expansion and when we opened the package there were several parts missing. My wife was very upset especially when we can't find anyone to replace the missing parts. This is very disappointing.

This is so beautiful and very easy to clean! It was everything that I expected, the quality is very good. All the parts arrived, and looks amazing! I’m very content with this purchase.

Beautiful bowl but faucet leaks beyond repair. DO NOT BUY!!!

Faucet is very difficult to open or close, have to use both hands.
