Excellent customer service!
I ordered two packages of these bags and 2 of them were defective in not holding a vacuumed seal! I reached out to Calorsa and they promptly replaced the faulty bags!

Waste of my hard earned money
Wish I could rate zero. Every bag in the box did not work. Vacuum sealed and after a couple of days they refulled with air. Retried and happened again. Waste of my hard earned money.

The item didn't vacuum when using the hand pump.

The air-tightness didn't last
Works great When I 1st stuffed them and sucks the air out. Put them away in my closet, and a week later they had already filled backup with air. I did not over seldom pass the line, and I made sure that they were completely locked when I tried again, and they still ended up re filling with air about a week later.

Don't Bother: They Leak Like A Sieve.
Don't bother with these bags. They leak like a sieve. Not one of the bags in the package would hold a vacuum (and yes, I know how to use these and have done so in the past with other brands).
