Sturdy and fully adjustable.
Used these in my refrigerator to keep stuff from falling off the shelves. Also to prop up a shelf because of the weight of micrwave.

Just ok
You get what you pay for. They don’t hold up very much weight but I couldn’t find anything else this length so I just mounted a small piece of wood under to hold it up and then it’s fine.
