Way better than the lap dance dvd, at least they are clothed (in some RE-DONK-U-LOUS costumes..NOT HOT!) and definitely teaches you how to move on the floor. Some of the little dances are straight up 80s like the little hop and tap thing that gets you across stage, I am sorry but I won't be caught doing that...I pretty much just fast-fowarded the DVD which is cheaply set up in like a Fetish store so its almost like a home video...learned a little but not enough to buy it again!

The video game me a lot of ideas of new moves and does great with working out. Will definitely refer.

I was dissapointed in this video. I thought it would be more instructional than it was. This DVD was more of a show DVD. It showed the girls dancing and pretty much doing the same thing over and over again. If you are looking for step by step guides, this is not for you!!!

This video was not very helpful for real women. Was sleezy, not sexy styles, and seemed more a mens entertainment movie, not instructional for real women.

I order this dvd thinking it would give me some pointers on how to spice up my love life with my husband,like being able to learn how to give my husband a good private dance or show. But nothing!!!!I thought it would teach me something!!!It seemed like it was filmed back in the 80's, had horrible music, and was really boring. I never would have wasted my money on this dumb whatever you want to call this art of exotic dancing dvd.

I had two vhs tapes on these that I almost burnt a hole in my VHS player playing. Very good instruction and she's hot too. Makes you feel good about yourself and gets you in the mood. I'm getting them on DVD now.

This is a mixture of ridiculously easy moves (like how to walk sexily) and acrobatics that you could only do if you had done some serious training. The filming and commentary is BAD, the studio is the back room in a tacky looking sex shop and the outfits are cringeworthy - anything but sexy. I watched it once and it is now in my bin. Waste of money.
