Bracelet was not included in replacement.
Mom's first Olev lost time and was returned. When replaced, the bracelet was not included. Can this be sent? The replacement is much harder to close than first one. Mom is 98 , loves the look of the watch, but was initially drawn to watch because bracelet was included..
