I'm satisfied with the product and the shipment. If have another need in future I'd like to choose J-made again. Buy the way, I felt surpriesd when I saw the package receipt. The girl who wrote the receipt has very similar handwriting to mine. Both English and 漢字. When I saw it I felt as if I had written it. I showed the receipt to my friends and all of them thought it was me who had wrote that. The girl's name is 神諭美, and I'm a Chinese girl just study in US. I feel so happy to know there is another girl in the world who has the same handwriting as mine. Thanks.

This product has the ability to deep cleanse your face with toning water. My daughter who's 11 years old has a habit to rushing into everything. Especially when it comes to cleaning her face. She uses regular facial soap and wash her face and she still gets pimples randomly. I bought this for her and she only uses the sections on cleaning and it made a huge difference on her face. She now still uses soap to wash her face and following by this and her face is very clean and all existing pimples are reduced and no new pimples are growing. Overall, very satisfy with this purchase !

I bought it from the seller, JAPAN4U, from Japan and she is so helpful and answered all my questions before I placed my order. She packed the box with extra protection and it arrived in good shape. The device is the authentic one that looks exactly like the one my coworker bought in Japan couple months ago. The instruction book is nicely printed on light cream color papers. It's in Japanese but you can find the English menu online. The hot & cold features works great on my face. Luv it!

It's easy to operate and clean my skin thoroughly. The automatic timer is very useful which helps me to avoid over using of different steps.It's a worth-value item.

Does not do much as far as cleaning your pores. Seems more of an expensive gimmick. You're better off going to get a professional facial.
