Great for making Korean Banana Milk!
This extract is great for recreating the boxed Korean banana milk by Binggrae. I add a teaspoon per cup of milk and either a couple tablespoons of regular sugar or condensed milk and blend. It tastes just like it and is a lot cheaper! One star off because the extract is a bit pricy for how much you get but it outweighs the costs for buying banana milk by itself.

I used this to flavor the cream cheese frosting for a banana cream cake and it worked extremely well. I was careful not to use too much, and the result was a nice banana flavor without being overpowering and or tasting like fake banana flavoring.
